Freselle Frenzy: August 2025 Market Updates & New Biscotti Launch

Portland's favorite artisan snack maker is expanding! After doubling our farmers market presence in July, we're taking a well-deserved family vacation August 1-8 before returning to serve Oregon's best freselles and introducing our newest product: handcrafted Italian biscotti.

Find us at OHSU Farmers Market (Tuesdays), Wednesdays in Willamette (West Linn), South Waterfront Farmers Market (Thursdays), and Beaverton Farmers Market (Saturdays) through October. Special appearances at Lake Oswego Farmers Market (August 9th) and Slabtown Market (August 10th).

Our new biscotti lineup features Cherry Almond, Pistachio, Cranberry-Orange, Chocolate-Hazelnut, Chocolate Orange, and Anise flavors - all made with premium Italian olive oil. Vote for our next crazy freselle flavor: Herbs de Provence, Dilly Pickle, or Chimichurri!
