July is going to be full of sunshine & markets!! After a really fun few weeks working with Northwest Discoveries taking guests for bike rides across Idaho & hiking around Mt Hood, I'm diving back into market season with renewed energy and excitement.

🌶️ Chili Crisp Freselle is Here to Stay!
With such an outstanding response, we'll be keeping our newest specialty flavor, Chili Crisp, in our freselle rotation throughout July! If you haven't had a chance to try it - we've partnered up with Chili Royal (www.chiliroyale.com) to create a freselle with a burst of garlic and onion up front and a hint of heat on the back. It's become a customer favorite, and we're thrilled to keep it on the menu!
🍫 Classic Italian Dessert - Chocolate Olive Oil Cake
For those of you looking for a light dessert option, check out our chocolate olive oil cake! It's made from a simple recipe using high quality organic olive oil, cocoa and just a touch of espresso powder to bring out its rich chocolaty flavor. We make candied orange peel to complement the cake as well. Served in individualized five ounce portions and vegan friendly like our freselles, the olive oil cake is a perfect treat for any summery meal.
🍷 Caelestis Cellars Summer Release Party!
On June 29th, we were so excited to be part of the Caelestis Cellars summer wine release. Caelestis is a local SE Portland Urban Winery who sources grapes from sustainable small vineyards all over Oregon and Washington. We absolutely loved meeting their wine club members and sharing our freselles. To learn more about this amazing local winery, check out Caelestis Cellars!
